Email is the fastest way to reach us, and a real person answers. Write to ngozigaskins@gmail.com and we'll get back to you within 2 business days. If it's about an order, put the order number in the message and we'll find you straight away.

SOMETHING ARRIVED WRONG

Damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered? Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you'd rather have, and you don't need to ship anything back.

THE FIT ISN'T RIGHT

Our pieces are cut boxy and oversized, and there's a size chart on every product page — worth a look before you order. If it's still off, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange for a different size on unworn, unwashed items. Return shipping for size exchanges is on you.

WHERE'S MY ORDER

Everything is printed to order, so there are two stages: production, then shipping. Production runs 3 to 7 business days, delivery another 5 to 14 — usually 8 to 21 days door to door. You'll get a tracking email when your package leaves. If nothing has arrived within 10 business days, email us and we'll chase it.

I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL SOMETHING

Production starts quickly, so we can change an address or cancel an order within about 12 hours of it being placed. After that it's already being made. Email us as soon as you know.
