Shipping policy

Every piece is printed to order, so there are two stages to your delivery: production, then shipping. Most orders arrive within 8 to 21 days of being placed.

PRODUCTION TIME

Your order is made after you place it. Production typically takes 3 to 7 business days before your package leaves our production partner. This is in addition to the shipping time below.

SHIPPING TIME

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 5 to 14 days depending on your address. Shipping options are shown at checkout before you pay.

TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking as soon as your package ships. If you have not received tracking within 10 business days, email ngozigaskins@gmail.com with your order number.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please double check your address at checkout. We can update an address only before production begins, usually within 12 hours of ordering. We are not able to cover the cost of orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, though we will always try to help you recover the package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price you pay us.

DELAYS

Carrier delays, weather, and holiday volume can push delivery past the estimate. If your package has not moved for 14 days, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
